1000 Volt QuiConnector

The Thermal-Flex 1000 Volt QuiConnector was designed for use with our switch heating systems.  The QuiConnector is a quick disconnect type connector that provides an alternative to time consuming field terminations when it is necessary to change out system components.

The QuiConnector features solid brass contacts which are overmolded with a thermoplastic, heat resistant, insulated rubber compound.  The cam action connector ensures positive locking of the mating connector halves.  A large, raised alignment dot aids in mating the male and female halves and provides a visual indication of proper mating.  The ergonomic design conforms to the user’s hand making it easy to connect and disconnect, even when wearing gloves.

Tie Mount Junction Box

The Tie Mount Junction Box was designed for mounting between rail ties.  It locates electric switch heater and other component wiring in a central location for easy termination in a protected water tight fiberglass enclosure.

The Thermal-Flex Pedestal provides a secure conduit for underground electrical wiring.
