Power Connection Kits
Thermal-Flex power connection kits allow field personnel to terminate and splice our MultiTrace heating cable on site. The kits are comprised of all the components needed to make two cable terminations and one cable splice.
Termination Kit Components
- Two 1/2″ x 8″ heat shrink sleeves
- Two 1/2″ x 2″ heat shrink sleeves
- Two 1/2″ end caps
- Four #12-10 insulated butt splices
- Two #12-10 uninsulated ground crimp
- 10 Nylon Cable Ties
- One instruction sheet and caution label
Each kit includes supplies to assemble two power connections. This assembly is water tight and suitable for use in Division II locations.

- One 3/4″ x 8″ heat shrink sleeve
- One 1/2″ x 6″ heat shrink sleeve
- Two #10-12 insulated butt splices
- One #12-10 uninsulated ground crimp
- One instruction sheet and caution label
